Opening a VPD account and requirements
To establish a VPD account, you must fill out a VPD Credit Application with all required information.

What are the methods of payment?
Cashiers Check or Money Order
Company Check (Upon Approval)
Visa or Mastercard
ATM card or Visa / Mastercard at will call branches only
Wire Transfer

What are the standard terms?
COD Cash
Money order or Cashiers Check upon delivery of product. Cash is accepted at will call facilities only.
COD Company Check
Company Check upon delivery of product (personal checks unacceptable)
30 Days
Payment is due 30 days after invoice date.

Account payment requirements
Below is a requirement for the various payment options that you may request.
For COD Cash payment requests you must provide the following:
- State Resale Certificate with valid number
- A VPD Credit Application (Click here to download)
- Customer(s) Signature on the terms and conditions.
For COD Check payment requests you must provided the following:
- Resale Certificate
- A VPD Credit Application (Click here to download)
- Customer(s) Signature on both pages of the terms and conditions and the continuing Guaranty.
(The customer signature is essential without title on the Guaranty)
For Open Terms payment requests you must provided the following:
- Resale Certificate
- A VPD Credit Application (Click here to download)
- Customer(s) signature on both pages of the terms and conditions and the continuing Guaranty.
(The customer signature is essential without title on the Guaranty)
VPD may require a current financial statement, tax return and/or a UCC-1 security agreement.
